Emile has been a business owner for the last 27 years. Over those years he has started 4 businesses. 3 businesses have been successful and 1 business has failed. It’s important to be able to learn from success and failure. Two businesses were Successful Recruitment Agencies. One business was a Cafe which was created from the ground up and sold. The other business was a start up Technology company where a decision was made to wind down. Emile has enjoyed both Partnerships and Sole Trading.

The experience gained from years in small business has been invalueable. The higher purpose is to pass on knowledge and experience to those up and coming business owners. Emile has completed an Accelerated Coaching Certificate and a Certificate of Completion of 60 approved Coaching Training hours with Authentic Education.
